CPAR - REALTOR Member - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments CPAR Realtor members only. New membership applications are pending until CPAR membership is verified - usually within 24 hours.

One Year Pro - Emerald Coast EAST - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Includes Destin, Okaloosa Island, South Walton/30A and Panama City Beach.

One Year Pro - Emerald Coast WEST - $55.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Includes areas of Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key on west end of the Emerald Coast.

ECAR - Add Emerald Coast West $25.00 (USD), prorated to $2.87 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments ECAR Realtor members only. Adds Perdido Key, Navarre Beach & Pensacola Beach for remainder of 2024.
